Exchange Policy
We offer a 2-day exchange window from the date of delivery.
To be eligible:

All tags, warranty cards, and accompanying materials must be included
Due to the fragile nature of our products and the complexities of reverse logistics, we do not offer returns or replacements on certain categories. Please review product details carefully before placing your order. For the ceramic edit, we do not offer exchange, return or refunds
Refunds
We do not offer monetary refunds.
If an exchanged product is unavailable, a credit note for the product value will be issued.
This credit note can be redeemed on future purchases from our website.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products
If you receive a damaged, defective, incorrect, or incomplete order, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
To help us resolve the issue efficiently, we recommend recording a video while opening the package.
The video should clearly show:

Visible condition of the product
Once reviewed and approved, we will arrange a replacement at no additional cost.
Return Shipping
For exchanges based on personal preference, reverse shipping charges will be borne by the customer.
Pickup timelines may take approximately 5–8 working days, depending on your location.
