Orders & Payments

Which payment methods are accepted?
We accept all major debit and credit cards, UPI, net banking, and other secure payment options available at checkout.

Can I modify or cancel my order?
If your order has not yet been dispatched, we will do our best to accommodate your request. Once dispatched, orders cannot be cancelled.

Will I receive confirmation of my purchase?
Yes. An order confirmation is shared immediately upon purchase, followed by tracking details once your order is on its way.



Shipping & Delivery

How long does delivery take within India?
Orders are typically delivered within 2–7 business days after dispatch, depending on the destination.

Is shipping complimentary?
Yes. Shipping is complimentary on all orders within India.

Do you ship internationally?
We offer international shipping at a flat rate of USD 25 per order.

Are customs duties included?
Import duties and taxes, where applicable, are determined by the destination country and remain the responsibility of the recipient.

Which courier partners do you work with?
We collaborate with trusted logistics providers such as FedEx, DHL, Blue Dart, and other reputable carriers based on delivery location.



Returns & Exchanges

Do you offer returns or refunds?
We offer exchanges within 7 days of delivery for orders within India. Monetary refunds are not provided.

What if my product arrives damaged or defective?
Kindly contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photographs or an unpacking video. Once reviewed, our team will arrange a replacement where applicable.

Who bears the return shipping cost?
For exchanges based on personal preference, reverse shipping charges are borne by the customer.

What condition must the product be in?
The item must be unused, returned in its original packaging, and include all accompanying tags, warranty cards, and protective materials.



Product & Care

Are your products handcrafted?
Yes. Each Dhul Mitti piece is individually cast and hand-finished. Subtle variations in tone and texture are inherent to the craft process.

Will the metal change over time?
Natural metal may develop a gentle patina with time. This is a characteristic of authentic material and part of its evolving beauty.

Can your vases hold fresh flowers?
Yes. We recommend using a separate inner container to preserve the finish of the metal surface.



Warranty

Do your products include a warranty?
All Dhul Mitti pieces are covered by a 6-month warranty against manufacturing defects.
