Exchange Policy

Metal Collection

We offer a 2-day exchange window from the date of delivery for products from our Metal Collection.

To be eligible:

• The product must be unused
• Returned in its original packaging
• All tags, warranty cards, and accompanying materials must be included

Ceramic Collection

Due to the fragile nature of ceramic products and the complexities of reverse logistics, we do not offer exchanges, returns, or refunds on products from our Ceramic Collection.

Refunds

Refunds are not available.

In eligible cases where an exchange cannot be fulfilled due to product unavailability, a store credit for the product value will be issued. This credit note can be redeemed on future purchases from our website.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, incorrect, or incomplete order, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

To help us resolve the issue efficiently, we recommend recording a video while opening the package.

The video should clearly show:

• The unopened outer packaging
• Shipping label
• Tax invoice
• Visible condition of the product

Once reviewed and approved, we will arrange a replacement at no additional cost.

Return Shipping

For exchanges based on personal preference, reverse shipping charges will be borne by the customer.

Pickup timelines may take approximately 5–8 working days, depending on your location.

Our pieces are hand-finished and crafted in metal using traditional processes. Subtle variations in texture, tone, and surface are part of their natural character.

Over time, the metal may develop a gentle patina — a quiet sign of authentic material aging. This evolution is not a flaw, but a reflection of the piece living within your space.

Everyday Care

To maintain the finish and longevity of your product:

• Wipe gently with a soft, dry cloth after use
• Avoid abrasive cleaners, harsh chemicals, or polishing agents
• Keep away from prolonged moisture or direct exposure to water

If needed, a slightly damp cloth may be used — ensure the piece is dried immediately afterwards.

Placement & Handling

Our pieces are designed for indoor decorative use.

• Avoid placing in areas with constant humidity
• Do not leave water standing inside vases for extended periods
• Handle with care to prevent scratches or surface marks

Please note - Metal vases are meant to be used with dry flowers only.
For fresh flower arrangements, we recommend using a separate inner container to protect the metal finish.

Storage

If storing your product:

• Wrap it in soft fabric or tissue
• Keep it in a dry environment
• Avoid stacking heavy objects on top

A Note on Craft

Each Dhul Mitti piece is individually cast and finished by hand. Slight differences in finish, tone, or texture are inherent to the craft process and make every piece unique.

These variations are not defects — they are the mark of human craftsmanship.
